What are your hours of operation?
Depending on the availability we offer appointments 7 days a week from 10am till 8pm with Thursday open till 9pm, Saturdays 9am – 6pm and Sundays 11am- 5pm

Are your therapists fully qualified to do my treatments?
Yes, all our team of therapists are fully qualified with at least 3 years of experience working within the industry. Our team are pre-screened and trained in-house to ensure professional standards are maintained, consistent and delivered safely throughout before joining us.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit or debit card payments which processed by our partners PayPal & Strip.
How do I book an appointment?
Bookings can be made through our websites online booking system where you will need to pay in advance for your treatments. Alternatively, you can call or Email us to make your booking paying for your treatment once it has been completed within the salon.
I am having trouble booking on Vanity In London, what can I do?
If you are experiencing a problem, please use our chat room found at the bottom right of your screen where we can assist you with any questions or problems may be experiencing. What is a patch test and will need to book one in before my treatment?
A patch test is basically a quick allergy test that we do to ensure you are not allergic to the products that we will be using for our eye treatments. The treatments recommended & necessary for patch testing are Lash lifting, Eyelash extensions and Eyelash & eyebrow tinting which is required for ALL our clients to have at least 24 hours before your treatment is due to take place. This just takes a few minutes to do and requires your therapist applying a small amount of product to the crease of your arm. If you start to experience itching, swelling, rash or any other adverse reaction as a result then means your treatment cannot take place & therefore a full refund will be issued. Once you’ve had an initial patch test with Vanity In London you don’t need another UNLESS WE CHANGE OUR PRODUCTS.
Is Gel removal included in my treatment?
Gel removal is considered an extra treatment and therefore is not included automatically . Please book a gel removal, if necessary in addition to your other treatments, failure to do so may result in your treatment not being able to carry or being belayed subject to your therapists’ availability.

Can I cancel my appointment?
We understand that you may need to change, cancel or rearrange your booking, This can be done 24 hours before your booking without any additional cost. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded or carried over to another day, this also includes any treatments being changed or re-booked on the day.
What happens if either myself or my professional are running late?
If you are running late for an appointment email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07930155491. If you are more than 15 minutes late, this will result in your booking being shortened or your booking being cancelled without refund. This is would be subject to your therapist’s availability to wait for you, so we do ask you to kindly be on time. If we are running late, we will let you know in advance. Your time is very important to us and our therapists make every effort to be on time.
Can I tip my therapist and if so how can I do this?
If you wish to tip your therapist you can do this by paying her cash directly after your treatment, although tips are not required nor expected.
We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to allow us to start your treatment on time! In the unfortunate circumstance that the therapist is delayed for some reason your treatment time will not be affected unless it is no longer suitable for you and in that case we will re-book your appointment with no additional charge.
Please note group bookings can be tailored to suit your requirements, together we can come up with the right treatment package for you and your party.
we require full payment to secure the booking and once booked parties are non-refundable. We cannot issue any refund for any treatments cancelled, changed or re-booked on the day. To change or amend your booking we require at least 24 hours notice. if we haven’t answered your question please get in touch.
Questions, complaints, or feedback
We love to hear your feedback and are always happy to answer your questions. We will always try our best to act on right away! So just email us and we will get back to you. If you have a complaint regarding the service you received we’ll need to know the nature of the complaint within 24 hours of you receiving the service. If your complaint is regarding gel nails we need to know within 5 days of you receiving your treatment. We ask that pop back into the salon or email us with supporting photos to enable us to make a decision. In most circumstances, we’ll arrange for you come back in to fix
Once you have purchased a Vanity In London gift voucher we’ll send you or the recipient a gift card along with your personalised message to the recipient via email, if you’d prefer to receive a physical gift voucher please respond to the email containing your electronic e-voucher or by sending us an email to email@example.com stating your request along with your name and address or the recipients full name and address and we’ll get this sent out to you or your recipient within 7 days.
Our gift voucher payments are processed through PayPal. Once you have selected your voucher options on our site you’ll then be directed to Paypal where you just need to follow the instructions in order to complete your payment. Don’t have a Paypal account?Don’t worry just select ‘pay with credit/ debit card’ and away you go! Once completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with your e-gift voucher or alternatley you can pop into the salon.
